Our office hours are Mon. to Fri., 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  We accept Visa, American Express, cash and money  orders. Consultations are held throughout the week.  Our consultation fee is $120 + gst.   Your consultation fee will be deducted from your surgery fee if you proceed with surgery within 3 months.
