We accept Visa, American Express, cash and money orders.
A written estimate of your surgery costs will be given to you after your initial
consultation.
Your estimate will include the total costs of your surgery. Your estimate will not include
prescription
medications that may be prescribed for you after surgery.
Your estimate will cover:
- Dr. Guichon's surgical fee
- anesthesiologist fee
- our facility fee
- cost of implants and prosthetics ( if applicable)
We use Medicard Finance for our patient financing. Medicard
is a national financing organization that
offers financing for elective cosmetic plastic surgery procedures. Applying for
financing with Medicard is
as simple as filling out an application form. Our facility fee, which is included in your
surgery estimate,
must be paid separately. However, the remainder of your surgery costs may be
financed. Medicard
offers a convenient monthly finance package that is payable over one, two, three, or four
year terms.
Medicard financing can usually be approved within minutes. That makes it convenient
to book the
procedure you want almost immediately. Medicard will mail or fax you the forms required to
complete
financing. The forms are also available at our office.
